It’s a Serengeti Sunday as I write this. In a few months from now I’m going to come back to this post, read it and wonder what on earth it felt like to be warm in England. For now, though, I’m just thanking the gods and sipping an iced beer.
And publishing our latest review, which I encourage you to read at this link. The book being reviewed is What Gives Us Our Names, the poet is Alvin Pang, and the critic is Ian Chung. Ian calls it one of the best pieces of writing he’s ever read, so it should at the very least pique your curiosity.
