On <b>Monday, 26th October<\/b>, we&#8217;re joining Abigail Parry, writer-in-residence at the National Video Games Arcade in Nottingham, for <a href=\"http:\/\/gamecity102015.sched.org\/event\/234046e4a4f311da02115ddd170312aa#.ViaXB36rS00\">CONTROL ROOM<\/a>, an experimental interactive literature evening, mixing games and poetry. The audience can come and go as they please, &#8216;playing&#8217; at one of four simultaneous poetry installations from 7pm onwards. The poets Harry Man and Abi Palmer will also be performing, and there&#8217;s board games next door. The event is part of GameCity, the NVA&#8217;s annual festival of games.<br \/><br \/>Then, on <b>12th November<\/b>, the Royal Observatory at Greenwich is hosting <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rmg.co.uk\/whats-on\/events\/laboratorio\">&#8216;Laboratorio&#8217;<\/a>, a live reading from our <a href=\"http:\/\/sidekickbooks.com\/laboratorio.php\">book of the same name<\/a>, featuring editor\/poet Simon Barraclough and a number of the real life astrophysicists who contributed work.
